Jiva Pulse is built on a single, unwavering commitment: your health data belongs to you, stays with you, and is never shared with anyone — including us.
1. We Do Not Collect Your Data
Jiva Pulse does not collect, transmit, or store any personal or health data on external servers. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no cloud backends. Everything you enter into the app — vitals, medications, nutrition logs, medical reports — remains exclusively on your device.
We have no visibility into your health information. We cannot access it, share it, or lose it in a data breach because we simply do not have it.
2. No Third-Party Sharing
Your data is never shared with partners, advertisers, analytics providers, or any third party — under any circumstances. Jiva Pulse does not integrate advertising SDKs, tracking libraries, or external analytics services.
There is no data to sell, share, or hand over, because it never leaves your device.
3. Encryption & On-Device Security
All data stored by Jiva Pulse is encrypted on your device using strong, industry-standard encryption. Access is protected by your device's biometric authentication — fingerprint or facial recognition — handled entirely by your device's secure hardware. Jiva Pulse never processes or stores your biometric credentials.

4. Backup & Restore
You have full control over your data backups. Jiva Pulse provides the option to create an encrypted backup of your health data and save it to a location of your choosing — local storage, a personal cloud drive, or any destination you prefer. We do not dictate, access, or monitor where your backup is stored.

5. Deleting Your Data
To permanently delete all your data, simply uninstall the app or use the in-app reset option under Settings. Because your data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app removes it completely. We hold no copies and cannot recover deleted data on your behalf.
6. Children's Privacy
Because Jiva Pulse collects no personal data from any user, it poses no specific data privacy risk to children. The app does not require account creation or any personal information to function.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be published within the app and on this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated policy.
